Therapy that welcomes all of you.
I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something essential is missing — in their relationships, in their self-worth, or in their connection to themselves. You might not have the words for what’s wrong, but you can feel it. My role is to help you slow down, listen in, and gently untangle the deeper threads of what’s really going on. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. This work is often tender, sometimes intense, occasionally funny — and always human.
A bit about me
I was born and raised in Barcelona, and I spent my summers between the pine trees of the Costa Brava and the olive groves in the south of Spain. That sun-warmed and earthy landscape still lives in me. It’s shaped the way I show up in this work: with warmth, humour, directness, and a quiet belief in people’s capacity to grow and change. I’ve also lived in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade now, and its rain, depth, and forested stillness have softened and deepened me in equal measure.
How I work
My approach is grounded in somatic and relational therapies — primarily Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous-system-informed work, and attachment theory. I also integrate feminist, decolonizing, and queer-affirming frameworks that honour complexity and lived experience. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome — even (especially) the ones you’ve been told are too much, too confusing, or not enough. Together, we slow down, listen to your body’s signals, and invite the wisdom that already lives within you to speak.
Clients often say…
…that I bring a calm and steady presence. That I’m real — I’ll gently challenge when needed, and hold space for the messiness of being human. That our sessions feel both spacious and grounding. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in walking alongside you as you remember who you are.

The experience is very enriching. Things trapped in the subconscious come to the surface, and you allow yourself the opportunity to feel them—and therefore take a first step toward healing.
I’m very proud of the version of me from six weeks ago—the one who decided to take the step even knowing the path might be difficult, the one who learned, cried, and survived. I loved the experience, and I believe it’s something everyone should do at some point in their life—sooner rather than later, and if possible, guided by Laura.
I don’t think even she is fully aware of what she’s achieved, and that makes her even better at what she does.
If you’re reading this and wondering whether to go or not—do it. You won’t regret it.This experience has been very powerful for me, especially in the context of being in a foreign country and in a new and intimidating environment, such as migration.
The women’s circle has been a beautiful space of intimacy and support. I’ve learned so much about myself and my patterns, allowing me to have a more complete, compassionate, and informed view of who I am.
I’m very grateful to Laura for her courage and care in creating this initiative. It’s an inspiring and valuable process.
Being able to learn and share while surrounded and supported by other women is something else entirely.
An incredible energy is created—you stop feeling alone and start seeing that other people have also gone through experiences similar to yours, and that leads to connection, which I think is one of the most important things in life.
All of this, combined with Laura’s professionalism and warmth, made it a place for learning, opening up, and expanding. Incredibly grateful.
I recommend this experience to all women who want to get to know themselves better or understand their inner world. A beautiful atmosphere is created among everyone.
I signed up without really knowing what to expect or how the circle would work, but I felt like trying it.
I think it was the best thing I could have done, because discovering this type of therapy—IFS—and doing it alongside my circle sisters was a turning point in my life.
Laura is incredible, and her vulnerability and professionalism create a magical atmosphere and space.
I would do it again without hesitation.
I recommend this circle to any woman. It’s a very healing and powerful group therapy experience.
Learning from other women by sharing our vulnerabilities has been a magical and healing process.
I highly recommend participating in this women’s circle to any woman who is curious to get to know herself more deeply and is ready to grow (inwardly).
Exploring yourself in a group can be very powerful—and even more so when you have the exceptional guidance of a therapist specialized in IFS like Laura, with strong knowledge and experience in this type of therapy.
Laura’s genuine and generous presence has been essential in creating a safe and sisterly environment, where all of us had the opportunity to express ourselves vulnerably and authentically.
I’d love to attend a second round :)
I highly recommend this workshop. It’s a real journey of self-discovery, full of learning and deep inner work.
Laura has been an excellent guide throughout the process, helping us uncover all the cracks we carry inside, and gifting us tools to live a life with more balance and harmony.
Thank you so much, Laura!
