Do you offer sliding scale fees?
Yes! Hollman is currently accepting new clients. We offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, mostly for BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, students, and folks facing systemic barriers.
Are sessions covered by my extended health benefits?
We can bill most private insurance providers directly. Please check your policy to confirm they cover Registered Clinical Counsellors.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full fee, except in emergencies.
Note: a missed appointment will be charged to your credit card and not claimed to your insurance.
How do I pay for sessions?
Payments are made through Jane by credit card or e-transfer at the time of your appointment. You’ll receive a receipt for reimbursement if your plan covers counselling.
