  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots, primarily reserved for those with systemic barriers to accessing therapy. These spots are currently full, but you're welcome to inquire about future availability.

  • As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #14096) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, my services are covered by many extended health benefit plans. Please contact your provider directly to confirm your coverage. I do not offer direct billing; clients pay at the time of the session and receive a receipt for reimbursement.

  • Payment is due at the time of your session. You can pay by credit card through Jane or via e-transfer. Jane is a secure online booking and records system that I use for all scheduling and payment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee. This policy is in place out of respect for my time, your commitment to the work, and the other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or illness, at my discretion.

  • All sessions are currently booked through Jane.

    My regular hours are:
    Monday - 9am-12pm
    Tuesday-Thursday: 9am–3pm

Fridays and weekends are currently closed for client sessions.

    • I work exclusively with adults (18+) in British Columbia.

    • I do not offer therapy for children, parenting support, family therapy, or assessments.

    • I do not respond to clinical content via social media. Please use email or Jane for all communication.

    • I do not provide crisis services. If you're in crisis, please contact 1-800-SUICIDE or go to your nearest emergency room.

  • Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with exceptions as required by law — including risk of harm to yourself or others, or disclosures involving children or vulnerable adults. Full confidentiality details are outlined in your intake forms.
