Psychotherapy for the tender, the tangled, and the truth-seekers.
Relational, somatic, and soul-rooted therapy in BC
Why You're Here
Something in your life or your relationships isn’t working — maybe you feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, unsure how to speak your truth, or like your nervous system is constantly on edge. You might not know exactly what’s wrong, but you know you’re ready to understand it. You’re ready for clarity, connection, and change — and you don’t want to do it alone.
Who I Am
I’m Laura, a psychotherapist based in Vancouver, working with humans who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their stories. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in somatic and relational practices — like IFS, attachment theory, and nervous system work — all held within sex-positive, feminist, anti-oppressive, queer-affirming frameworks. I believe therapy should feel human: it can be tender, it can be challenging, and yes, there’s room for humour too.
What to Expect
Therapy with me is collaborative, embodied, and spacious. Whether you’re navigating a relationship rupture, struggling with low self-worth, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, we’ll work together to gently untangle what’s holding you back. I bring my lived experience across cultures, my deep respect for the wisdom of the body, and a steady presence that welcomes all parts of you.
