Therapy that meets you where you are.
I work with individuals and couples navigating high sensitivity, anxiety, creative blocks, and life transitions, along with the deeper questions of meaning and purpose that often sit underneath. My approach is client-centred, relational, and somatic, grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with greater awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and physical responses to the world around us. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and curious, with room for humour along the way.
A bit about me.
Before training as a therapist, I spent years as a performing and visual artist, movement instructor, and creative coach. That path gave me a strong grounding in human physiology, somatic exploration, mindfulness, and creative self-expression, all of which now shape the way I sit with clients. I don't believe there's a single way therapy should look. Some sessions involve exploring an experience or relationship in real depth, while others focus on practical coping strategies, boundaries, or simply making space to talk openly about something that's been hard to carry alone.
How I work.
I believe in the innate creative capacity for healing and growth that each of my clients holds. To me, the therapeutic relationship itself is often the most powerful source of change, insight, and self-discovery, so I focus on building a space that's genuinely collaborative rather than directive. I bring somatic awareness and creative expression into sessions alongside more traditional talk therapy, and I work with individuals and couples from a range of backgrounds navigating high sensitivity, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. I value curiosity, humour, compassion, and authenticity, and I aim to help clients recognize their strengths, resilience, and capacity for change, not just the difficulty they walked in with.
